The cows mooohve into their new 5* home
After the old barn burnt down in February 2018, our cows lived in temporary accommodation. On Saturday, 30th October '21 they finally moved into our new barn!
Halloween Party 2021
It's been the first proper party since the start of the pandemic and everyone put so much effort into their costumes - even our hall was unrecognisable.
Historic Camphill Community Clanabogan pictures
It's our birthday today! CCC was founded on the 5th August 1984. It's raining cats and dogs today, so we limit our celebration to an online party by publishing historic photos on facebook.
Advent Calendar 2020
A way for to connect with loved ones is offering a door each day up to Christmas, to give you insight into what we're up to at the Community. Happy Advent!
The BBC was here!
It was such a delight to have Julian Fowler here, who spent half a day filming and interviewing our Clanabogan people. The main focus was on volunteering, and to portrait life at our community. This, of course, goes hand-in-hand with our love for nature and sustainability, and we are curious what Julian will produce!
Open Day 2019
The weather was on our side and helped us create a brilliant day. Thank You to our busy Volunteers making this event possible! Here is a selection of happy faces.
‘Icanfest’ because WE can!
‘Icanfest’ because WE can!
We had a number of our guys, residents and co-workers, attending activities at the ‘icanfest’ hosted by the Fermanagh Omagh District Council this week. ‘Icanfest’ is the first ever festival in the Fermanagh and Omagh District for people with disabilities. The theme was an inclusive celebration to promote ability and independence. It took place at venues across the district from Monday 4 March until Saturday 9 March 2019.
We took part in a caricature drawing class, DJ training, where we learned how to mix a track and got to take our own CD home. Shadow art where we got to explore the magic of photography by casting shadows and creating images. Inclusive Leisure at Omagh Leisure Complex, sessions of inclusive leisure activities, such as Boccia and Kurling and also care and relax – pottery workshops.
We had so much fun taking part in the festival and would like to thank our local Council, particularly, Matthew Nevin, the Access and Inclusion Coordinator for Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, on facilitating such a wonderful inclusive program of fun activities in our area.
