Clanabogan Women's Group was founded in 1998. The Group's focal point was for local women across the community to socialize while learning new skills that were of interest to us all. Since 7th September 1998 the group meets in Puddleducks Playgroup on a monthly basis with speakers on subjects such as Reflexology, Flower Arranging, Beauty Therapy, Acupuncture, Reiki and Bi-Aura.

The first courses to be run were Personal Development with Brigid McAleer and Basic Computers by GG Training. There have been several Yoga courses with Breda Turbitt that have turned out to be very popular.

We have discovered that quite a lot of women enjoy learning crafts. In the past we have made Faberge Eggs, Christmas Decorations and items from Ceramics.

At Christmas we organize our annual night out. In the past few years we have had a meal in Molly Sweeney's and it was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.

Clanabogan Women's Group will always give a friendly welcome to any new member from our local community and also the surrounding area who wishes to join in our activities.

Clanabogan Women's Group is part of the Omagh Women Area Network (OWAN).
