Bakery

The Bakery provides our community with bread, rolls, biscuits and the occasional pizzas and cakes. We also sell our products to the public.

We have established ourselves very well over the years and the smell of freshly baked bread and biscuits is a part the centre of the community.

A mill produces freshly milled stone ground wholemeal flours.

We start all our products from scratch and everybody has a sense of achievement when finally the loaves are delivered to the houses and the biscuits appear for tea breaks.

With our set-up we are able as well to cater for special diets e.g. glutenfree, wheatfree or yeast free.

Beside the production of healthy food the bakery provides a meaningful and rewarding workplace for all the people involved.

In the future we would like to expand our sales to the public.
