We are a stable community with lots of exciting entrepreneurial activities ahead.

Environmental issues and our Biodynamic farming and gardening continue to be important to us experienced people are needed in these areas.
We are looking for some experienced co-workers to join us and help us consolidate these impulses.

Calling Experienced Care Workers and Support Workers!

We can offer you an interesting and rewarding way of life in which you can use your professional skills to help others and also join a thriving and progressive community.

Co-workers join the community as voluntary workers. Board and lodging is provided and personal expenses are met from a common fund on the basis of individual need.
Individual financial packages for experienced co-workers can also be negotiated.

Due to retirement we need younger people to take longer term responsibility in our households, typically 8 - 15 people in total (3 - 6 residents in a house). Formal qualifications are welcomed but are not essential. We look for people ideally with experience in social work, hostels, day centres, residential or nursing homes. Maturity, flexibility, the ability to take responsibility and work with others in groups are important qualities for community life.

In service training in specialist areas is offered.

This is an unusual yet socially innovative and creative challenge: using your experience and personal qualities in a holistic setting which is a complete lifestyle and brings you into contact with all kinds of people from different countries and backgrounds.

The task includes seeing to the welfare of residents, running the household including some housework, meal planning & cooking and administration.

As you integrate into the community you can, according to your interests and abilities, be active in drama, music, adult education, gardening and community administration.

The position will suit you if you are looking for something different: a way of life which is more than just a job but one in which you gain the reward of helping adults with learning disabilities achieve a fulfilling way of life.

Single people and families are welcome people would need to be actively involved in the community and willing to engage in a positive creative manner with their peers and fellow community members.
