Co-workers who come here for a short time (one month to a year) will be asked
to help in the houses or workshop or on the land and to contribute to the
Community in a variety of ways. Everyone is expected to share the necessary
cooking, cleaning and housework. The situation in the Community will determine
where you will be asked to work. Some individual preferences can be catered
for but it is part of the Camphill approach to do what is needed if at all
possible. Special medical conditions etc should be mentioned and will be
taken into account; a doctor's report may be needed.
